Business case:

Our client needed a website tailored for quick and convenient exchange of messages between its visitors. Users were to be able to save those messages to memory and arrange them into folders. Besides, users had to quickly search for new friends, easily organize social networks, and have a simple mechanism for reminding about important events, friends' birthdays, etc.

Solution overview:

Inteks developed a portal consisting of 2 parts:

     Public site - a web application allowing the users to:

exchange messages;

sort out messages by folders and regulate access to those folders;

publish various files (emails, texts, voice messages, images, soundbites) and          manage access to them;

search for friends and build social networks;

invite new users;

use event reminders.

     Admin site- a web application for administrators allowing them to manage users, change       system settings, manage mailing lists, and generate reports.

The Inteks team developed two variants of the portal design: one in table-based layout and the other, final one in tableless css-driven design.
